The D'Addario PW-CP-04 Classical Pro Capo is specifically designed for the wide, flat fingerboards of classical guitars. Made from aircraft-grade aluminum, its lightweight and low-profile construction is designed to stay out of the player's way while playing.
Its patented micrometer tension adjustment mechanism allows precise control over the pressure applied to the strings. This enables the player to apply only the necessary amount of pressure, helping maintain string stability while minimizing tuning issues caused by excessive capo pressure.
Developed in collaboration with Ned Steinberger, the PW-CP-04 combines a screw-style adjustment mechanism with one-handed operation, making it suitable for performances, rehearsals, studio sessions and everyday classical guitar playing.
