At Dama Music, we care about delivering your orders safely and quickly. All shipments are handled via DHL E-Commerce.
Shipping Information

Once we receive your order, invoicing and dispatch take approximately 1–3 business days.

Under normal conditions, DHL E-Commerce delivers your order to your address within 1–3 business days (excluding extraordinary weather or road conditions).

When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS by DHL E-Commerce and also by e-mail from our system.

You can track your shipment on the DHL E-Commerce website using this information.
Important: Please open and check packages that appear damaged in the presence of the courier. If damage is detected, do not accept the package and request a damage report.
Damaged Product Notification: Send the prepared report to iletisim@damamuzik.com as soon as possible. Once received, we will ensure your package is resent promptly.
Returns Information
According to Article 10 of the Distance Sales Agreement, you may return your order within 14 days after delivery without giving any reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and retain their original condition.
