The Stagg SEL-DLX DC combines a mahogany body with a set mahogany neck in a classic dual-humbucker electric guitar configuration. A sculpted heel shapes the neck-to-body transition, while the Dark Cherry Burst high-gloss body finish gives the guitar its distinctive appearance. The neck features a satin finish.
The rosewood fingerboard features 22 stainless steel frets and white pearloid split parallelogram inlays. Vintage white binding around the neck and body is complemented by a matching vintage white pickguard. A bone nut and chrome sealed machine heads complete the hardware.
The electronics feature two AlNiCo V humbuckers, controlled by two push/pull volume controls and two tone controls. A 3-way toggle switch handles pickup selection, while the Tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece complete the traditional dual-humbucker configuration.
